How to use:
- Go to User group permissions and select the Administrative user group. Find the Email users add-on and set Yes to View.
- Set options in the Email users options page.
- Create a CSV file called emails.csv in appropriate directory on your server. This file should be above your DOCUMENT_ROOT so that it is not viewable from a browser. The CVS file should contain email addresses of the members you want to send emails to.
- Add 'emailusers' to your forum URL.
- Confirm users that will receive an email and click the Send emails link.
