Description:
Notifies staff when a conversation contains certain keywords.
The add-on can send an email to a staff member and or create a new thread alerting staff members of keywords in a conversation message.

- New conversations are checked for keywords every 10 minutes.
- Separate email and or thread is created for each conversation message which contains keywords.
- Staff conversation messages are ignored.
- All phrases start with keywordcheckconversations_ for your convenience.
