Features:
All phrases start with manuals_ for your convenience.

Setup:

1. Create a folder in your data directory called manuals.
2. Update the options page with path and URL information.
3. Set user group permissions.
4. Upload PDF files to the manuals directory.
5. Edit phrase manuals_description_no_permission if you require log in or premium account to download.
