Message users 1.0

Description:
Allows sending conversations to users using selected criteria.

Features:
All phrases start with messageusers_ for your convenience.

How to use:

1. Update Administrative user group permissions, set Message users to Yes.
2. Update options page.
3. Add messageusers to your forum URL.
4. Enter Title and Message to send.
5. Click send conversations button.

Test username:
You can use the test username function to send a test conversation. Be aware the Conversation starter and Test username must be different.
