[Berg] User mention - Quick insertion of the user name into the response form

The plugin is adds to the response form, user name, when clicking on his nickname in the thread and.conversation.

In the addon settings, enable/disable - [B]postbit[/B] (by clicking on the nickname, disabled by default), action panel.
