[cXF] Enhanced Featured Content List - Enhance featured content list with a few extra features

Description:
Show the default list of featured content and the featured content widget (standard style) with images or icons. The main function is to display an image from the first post, a custom image or an icon in the Featured Content list and in the Featured Content widget (standard style) if there is no image in the first post.

• option to adjust the radius of the image
