Description:
Limits the number of new threads, posts, conversations and conversation messages.

This add-on can be used to prevent a spammer from creating thousands of messages in a short amount of time.

Example 2
This add-on can be used to get members to upgrade to a Premium account by allowing only a limited number of messages per day.
