Admin submitted a new resource:

[OzzModz] First Post Edit Time Limit - Allow different edit time limits for the first post in a thread

A simple add-on that allows users to edit their first post in a thread for either an unlimited period of time or a different amount of time than a normal post.

This permission also requires the "Edit own post" permission to be set to "Yes".
