[OzzModz] XFRM: Tag Positions - More control over tag position

Requirements:
XenForo 2.2+
XenForo Resource Manager 2.2+

Description:
This simple addon will allow you to choose where to display the resource tags. By default, XenForo displays them at the top of the resource. With this addon you can have them display at the top, at the bottom or in both top and bottom positions.
