Restrict Giphy to specific forums

Admin submitted a new resource:

Restrict Giphy to specific forums - Styling and customization questions

Change the node-2 to the ID of the forum in question.
To add multiple forums , enter them on new lines, comma separated:

    {
        display: none;
    }
}
