Admin submitted a new resource:

Show custom avatar - Allows showing custom avatars by user group

Description:

Allows showing custom avatars by user group.

For example if you don't give the Unregistered / Unconfirmed user group this permission, then visitors will only see dynamic avatars in thread posts.
