[TC] Contests - The plugin allows you to create draws between users on the forum

Allows users to create contests.

Features:

• Automatic selection of the winner/winners.
• Creating messages (up thread) when user joins.

Options:

• The name of the user who will act as the bot.
• Create a post when a user joins.

Permissions:

• Use of criteria/Bypassing criteria.
